Job Summary:
**Responsibilities will include**:

- Assist with all aspects of accounting procedures, including month end, and work in process
- Oversee and ensure proper flow of Accounts Receivable / Payable and inventory control
- Reconcile Banks, Inventories, AP, AR, and Equipment Financial Statements
- Monthly & Yearly Government Returns & Remittances (HST,WSIB,EHT)
- Financial reporting for Management, Financial Institutions, and Accountants
- Equipment Sales and Financing
- Strong computer skills (excel, outlook & word)
- Perform EFT & Wire Payment Process
- Equipment & Property Rentals billing runs, and property expenses
- Assist with bank and inventory reconciliations
- Lead policy and procedures within the office
- Assist and resolve accounting and procedural issues as required
- Assist with all accounting and data reporting as required
- Authorizing all credit requests, and AR collections
- Liaise with various department within company, including different locations
- Actively contribute to Management Team
- Invoicing and working with the sales team to ensure the billings are correct before sending out to customers
- Signing Cheques, and approving EFT Wire & transfers

**Requirements**:

- Post Secondary Diploma/Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance is an asset
- 3 + Years Supervisory/Managerial Administrative experience
- Experience using accounting software, Excel, Microsoft Office, Outlook
