En tant qu’administrateur de services aux ventes
_Service Sales Admin)_ pour Bio-Rad Canada, vous procurerez service et soutien à nos clients du
_Life Science Group_ à l’échelle nationale. Vous collaborerez avec l’équipe d’administration de services et les représentants de services pour développer et diriger les initiatives qui seront mises à la disposition de nos clients. Vous superviserez les ventes de services et proposerez des solutions afin d’en maintenir la rentabilité en utilisant votre expertise en matière de rapports et d’analyses.
**Comment vous aurez un impact**:
- Soutenir la recherche scientifique de nos clients en leur offrant des services de maintenance de leurs instruments.
- Établir et maintenir des relations avec les clients internes et externes afin de répondre à leurs besoins en matière de services.
- Proposer à nos clients des produits de service et des forfaits qui contribueront à stimuler les ventes.
- Protéger l’intégrité et la réputation de Bio-Rad en adhérant aux exigences ISO et en tenant des registres détaillés.
**Ce que vous apportez***:
- Bilingue — anglais et français.
- Diplôme d’études collégiales ou universitaires.
- Expérience de 3 à 5 ans dans la vente ou l’administration de services (de préférence dans le secteur de la santé).
- Une expérience avec SAP ou d’autres systèmes ERP, y compris SalesForce, CPQ, et/ou Power Bi est un atout.
- Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles, faisant preuve de tact, de résilience et d’adaptation.

As the Service Sales Admin for Bio-Rad Canada, you will offer service options and support to our Life Science Group customers nation-wide. You will collaborate with our service admin team and service reps to develop and direct initiatives that will be made available to our customers. You will track service sales and drive solutions to sustain profitability using your expertise in reporting and analytics.
**How You'll Make An Impact**:
- Support our customers’ scientific research by offering them services to maintain their instruments.
- Build and maintain relationships with both internal and external customers to advocate for their service needs.
- Offer our customers service products and packages that will help drive sales.
- Protect Bio-Rad’s integrity and reputation by adhering to ISO requirements with detailed record keeping.
**What You Bring**:
- Bilingual - English and French.
- College diploma or university degree.
- 3-5 years of experience in Service Sales or Service Administration (experience in the Health Sector preferred).
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems including SalesForce, CPQ, and/or Power Bi is an asset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills demonstrating tact, resilience and accommodation.
