Dynamo Sanitizing is currently seeking a full-time **General Manager **in the **Toronto area**. Our main office are located in Plantagenet, Ontario and we have a division in Toronto

As a General Manager, under the direction of the President and COO, you will provide overall strategic leadership and direction for all aspects of your market, including sales and services.

You will effectively communicate a vision and leadership to the team, ensuring the employees are happy, motivated, and working together to achieve company goals.

The GM will be responsible for delivering and achieving revenue targets and will be accountable for the financial profitability of the business unit while ensuring customer service excellence standards are achieved. They will be accountable for long and short-term strategic plans to grow market share.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide strategic direction, business planning, and full management
- Oversee day-to-day operations, assigning weekly performance goals and assuring their completion, while accomplishing your own goals
- Driving the growth of the market by identifying strategic sales opportunities and developing strategies for introducing new business
- Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing employees to achieve sales, profitability, market share, and business plan objectives
- Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished on time
- Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans
- Delegate responsibilities to the best employees to perform them while enforcing all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and cultural values
- Formulating and implementing the strategic plan that guides the direction of the business or organization
- Demonstrating the leadership necessary to make the organization's mission a success. This leadership includes providing leadership vision, leaders
- Provide monthly operation/performance reports to the President and COO of Dynamo Industries

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of service management, operation management, or GM experience. Within the cleaning or pressure washing industry is highly preferred
- Experience successfully building and leading a motivated team
- Experience building and implementing processes
- Result driven
- Ability to work and communicate effectively with others
- Expectational organizational and communication skills
- Strategic planning experience, a must
- Must have access to own vehicle and comfortable driving to various locations - mileage will be reimbursed
