**Description**

As a **Personal Insurance Representative**, you will play a key role in servicing and retention of a growing business. You will work closely with the sales team as a trusted advisor to clients, providing recommendations and support on home, auto and other personal insurance products, ensuring that professional services are delivered to each client

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide professional advice and support to clients.
- Inbound service calls
- Manage walk-in client visits.
- Manage renewals, endorsements, and policy changes.
- Quote and remarket auto and home renewal policies.
- Identify upsell and cross sell opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationship with clients and insurers.
- Utilize brokerage management systems and insurer portals to keep accurate policy records.
- Resolve client concerns.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- **RIBO License** in good standing (Registered Insurance Brokers Ontario)
- 1-2 years experience in personal lines customer service
- Industry knowledge
- Experience with insurance company portals and quoting systems.
- Excellent verbal, written skills and people skills.
- Proficient with brokerage systems and ability to navigate multiple screens and platforms.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and thrive in a demanding environment.
- Self
- motivated and resourceful with a desire to learn new systems and procedures.
