**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

**PROJECT MANAGEMENT**

▪ Support the development and design of external and internal media related to promotions and advertising in relation to the 2025 Alberta AAC Summit and membership.

▪ Support the Alberta Aviation and Aerospace Council through financial management of the conference including budgeting and forecasting.

▪ Work with the Vice Chair to lead the defence committee, working with stakeholders and advocates to ensure a successful inaugural event.

▪ Overview of social media strategy, utilizing Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram (this list of social platforms may expand based on the organization's growth) while working with our 3rd party social media organizations.

▪ Ensure continuous communication and project updates are communicated to the board of directors.

▪ Develop and manage an implementation plan to transition membership models to better suit organizational growth and sustainability.

▪ Support conference committee chairs to draft packages, notices, and support sponsor invoices and payments

**DAILY OPERATIONS SUPPORT**

▪ General office administration as required (this role is 90% remote-based)

▪ Work with the executive committee to create efficiencies in processes within the operating environment

▪ Draft operational policies to support the ongoing growth of the Alberta Aviation and Aerospace Council

▪ Support of the Executive Committee on ad hoc projects as requested

**ADDITIONAL SUPPORT MAY INCLUDE**:
▪ Design and distribution of a quarterly Alberta Aviation and Aerospace Council newsletter

▪ Supporting in the collection and development of RFP and RFQs for upcoming projects

▪ Review of new contracts prior to submission to the executive committee for approval

**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**

Pay: $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Aviation: 1 year (required)
