**Experience Required/Mandatory Skills**
- Graduate from a recognized Institute of Technology or University degree program in an appropriate specialty such as computer science or related field.
- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors suite of products including: Employee Central, Recruitment and Onboarding, Learning Management System, Performance and Goal Management; and Sodales
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written skills with a strong focus on customer service.
- Strong collaboration skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities.

**Nice To Have Skills**
- Professional Designation in Business Analysis (CCBA, CBAP, PMI-PBA) from the IIBA or PMI is an asset.
- Experience using Taleo, PeopleSoft, Org Plus, or other similar automated Human Resource Information Systems to deliver human resource services is an asset.
- Training in IT strategy design from a post-secondary institution is an asset.

**Work Environment**
- 1 year with possibility of extension
