We're growing quickly and are looking for a hands-on Cleaning Supervisor to help lead and support our team, ensure service standards are met, and maintain excellent client satisfaction. We are looking for someone that thinks outside the box, is a self-starter, and is capable of thinking on their feet.

We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Supervisor to lead our residential cleaning team of 30 staff and ensure high service standards across all properties. This role involves overseeing daily operations, conducting quality checks, training staff, assisting with cleaning as needed, and acting as the main point of contact between cleaners, clients, and management to ensure properties are well-maintained and client needs are consistently met.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise and support residential cleaning staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Conduct regular site visits and quality inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to property-specific requirements.
- Communicate with property managers, clients, and the internal team to address concerns, implement changes, and maintain service standards.
- Lead the startup of new sites by coordinating staffing, supplies, and administrative setup (e.g., checklists, procedures).
- Maintain inventory and deliver supplies to job sites as needed.
- Provide hands-on cleaning support when covering for staff absences (sick or vacation).
- Identify and correct staff non-compliance issues, implementing improvements to prevent repeat errors to maintain quality service levels.
- Report regularly to the Operations Manager and owner on site conditions, staff performance, and operational needs.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of prior leadership or supervisory experience.
- Minimum 2-year previous janitorial experience is required.
- Must have knowledge of materials, methods and equipment used in janitorial work.
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or with strata’s is considered an asset.
- Strong client focus with a commitment to service excellence.
- Dependable and reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Organized and able to manage time and priorities effectively
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Eye for detail and commitment to high cleaning standards.
- Ability to motivate and support a team.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle to use daily (required for site visits).

**Work Schedule**:

- Regular work schedule is Monday - Friday
- Must be able to perform evening and weekend work as required. (This will depend on building needs, including visits with weekend staff or rare occasions where coverage is required).
