Apex Customs Limited is looking for a **Sales & Management Trainee** to join our fast-paced team at **Apex Rim & Tire**. **Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales & Team Management (≈60%)**
- Help customers find product, provide advice, and help build their order with them.
- Help lead and support the sales team, driving tire and rim sales performance while ensuring excellent customer service.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our customer base, increase sales volume, and foster long-term customer relationships.
- Help team performance, ensuring that all members meet their sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Work with the team to respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Stay updated on market trends and customer needs to recommend new products and solutions that will drive sales.

**Overall Operations Management (≈30%)**
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales floor, warehouse, and fulfillment departments, ensuring all areas are aligned and functioning efficiently.
- Implement inventory management best practices, ensuring that stock levels of rims, tires, and related accessories are adequate and well-organized.
- Address operational challenges and develop solutions to streamline workflows across all departments, reducing bottlenecks and improving order processing time.
- Ensure that the warehouse team is organized and ready for timely fulfillment of customer orders, from picking and packing to delivery.
- Work closely with the fulfillment and service teams to ensure a seamless flow from order to delivery and installation.

**Administrative Support & Reporting (≈10%)**
- Prepare sales and operational reports, tracking performance metrics such as sales growth, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for sales, warehouse, and fulfillment operations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales leads, and order processing details.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: At least 2 years of experience in a sales, customer service, or operational role, preferably within the automotive, tire, or retail industries.
- **Skills**:

- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to manage and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and resolve operational challenges efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with a willingness to learn industry-specific tools and systems (e.g., inventory management systems, CRM).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Results-driven mindset focused on achieving sales goals and operational excellence.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Industry Knowledge**: Familiarity with the automotive or tire industry, particularly aftermarket rims and tires, is a significant advantage.

**How to Apply**:

Pay: $43,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
