**Deli Clerk**
- Maintain sections of merchandise (luncheon meat, cheese, home meal replacement, hot food, bulk product, packaged product) as assigned in an effective manner. Ensure first-in, first-out rotation is followed at all times, and that close-dated product is reported to the Deli Manager.
- Ensure the Deli Department is properly stocked with merchandise and faced at all times.
- Prepare fresh value added product and home meal replacement items as per established Co-op recipes and procedures. Ensure consistency in ingredients used and preparation method at all times.
- Present a neat, clean, fresh, well-merchandised department and related work areas (sales floor, coolers, freezers, prep area, etc.)

**Produce Clerk**
- Maintain sections of merchandise (fresh fruit and vegetables, bagged salads, herbs, salad dressings and spreads, value added section, etc.) as assigned in an effective manner. Ensure first-in, first-out rotation is followed at all times, and that close-dated product is reported to the Produce Manager.
- Receive, inspect, and store orders upon delivery to ensure all product is immediately stored in proper temperature-controlled environment.
- Follow established procedures for trimming and preparation, washing, culling and quality policing, and price marking.
- Prepare fresh value added product as per established Co-op recipes and procedures. Ensure consistency in ingredients used and preparation method at all times.

**Grocery Clerk**
- Maintain sections of merchandise (non-perishable food, dairy, frozen food, general merchandise, health and beauty, bulk food) as assigned in an effective manner. Ensure first-in, first-out rotation is followed at all times, and that close-dated product is reported to the Grocery Manager.
- Ensure the Grocery Department is properly stocked with merchandise and faced at all times.
- Receive, inspect, and store orders upon delivery to ensure all product is immediately stored in proper temperature-controlled environment.
- Present a neat, clean, fresh, well-merchandised department and related work areas (sales floor, end caps, coolers, freezers, receiving area, warehouse, etc.)

All positions involve a high degree of customer contact. Successful applicants must be friendly and polite, and service-oriented.
