**Estimator/Coordination Assistant**
- **Overview**_

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Junior Estimator/Coordination Assistant to join our team at Camp Forming Ltd. As a Junior Estimator, you will play a vital role in accurately assessing project costs and ensuring the profitability of our construction projects. Your expertise in cost estimation, bid preparation, and project analysis will contribute to our company's success in delivering high-quality construction projects on time and within budget.
- **Key Responsibilities**_
- Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documents to prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for low-rise foundation projects.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive bids and proposals in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
- Collaborate with site coordinators and other team members to ensure accurate and efficient project planning and execution.
- Provide administrative support, including document preparation, filing, and data entry.
- Generate and distribute accurate and timely invoices based on the sale of aggregate or heavy equipment rental.
- **Qualifications**_
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as an Estimator, with a solid understanding of construction processes and materials.
- Proficient in using construction estimating software and tools.
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
