Job Description/Responsibilities:
Responsibilities for the role include:

- Complete planned maintenance tasks
- Breakdown analysis (Root Cause Analysis)
- Repairs
- Support autonomous maintenance by resolving tags, participating in teams, operator training.

Qualifications/Requirements:
**Required Qualifications**
- Apprenticeship program, technical school, or Associates Degree
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time
- Skilled in Arc, Mig and Tig welding
- Skilled in repairs to and rebuilding of many different types of pumps
- Must have valid Industrial Millwright
- Ability to operate Industrial equipment as required.
- Good vision and manual dexterity.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Previous experience in manufacturing, landscaping, or warehouse environment

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Ability to communicate with all levels of an org
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Ability to pick up and/or move objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Strong interpersonal skills

**Physical Qualifications**
- Ability to operate Industrial equipment as required.
- Ability to pick up and/or move objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Ability to work overtime if necessary
- Ability to work 8 hour shift
- In-person job attendance
- Ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles and the like.
- Ability to analyze
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work near moving mechanical parts
- Ability to pay attention to detail
- Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions
- Noise level at work station is loud (metal can manufacturing, large earth moving equipment)
- Ability to work in high, precarious places
- Three-dimensional vision, ability to judge distances
- Ability to work with vibration from a specific tool
