Reliance Home Comfort’s Leadership Development Program is designed to build future leaders and will provide you the unique opportunity to work on assignments aligned to business priorities and your career goals.

Learn, Develop and Grow - with Reliance
Since 2013, the Leadership Development Program has been one of the most important ways for us to grow future leaders for our business. This elite 3-year program consists of six 6-month rotations where you will be alongside other graduates, collaborating with leaders on complex assignments while developing your skills through formal and on-the-job training to accelerate your career advancement.

- You are graduating from an Undergraduate program from an accredited University
- You have a performance focused, results oriented mindset and want to make an impact company-wide
- You have an ownership mentality, self-motivation, ambition and an entrepreneurial spirit
- You are curious, adaptable, and a collaborative problem solver
- You love process improvement, creating efficiencies and thinking outside the box
- You take initiative and can determine how to best add value within each assignment
- You are driven, hardworking and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- You have strong communication skills with the ability to conceptualize and articulate your thoughts and ideas

What to Expect?

- One-to-one mentoring and coaching with Executives for the duration of the program
- Customized assignments in functions such as sales, marketing, operations, projects, and business development
- Develop your skills and experience to succeed in a leadership role while being exposed to senior leaders
- Collaborate with high-performing teams and lead special projects at a fast-paced growing organization
- Opportunity to participate in rotations throughout Canada (relocation expenses paid)
- Promotion into a leadership position upon graduation of the program
