**The Role**
**Key Responsibilities**
**Client Experience**
- Provide a warm, professional welcome to all patients entering the clinic
- Conduct introductory meetings with prospective members to explain our service model
- Guide patients through their entire clinic visit experience
- Coordinate seamless scheduling and follow-up care
**Medical Administrative Operations**
- Support clinical team with administrative tasks, including EMR record-keeping
- Process membership agreements and handle billing inquiries
- Coordinate with external healthcare providers for referrals
- Manage clinic supplies and maintain a pristine environment
**Essential Qualifications**
- Medical Office Administration diploma or related education
- 2+ years of experience in a healthcare clinic service environment
- Proficiency with EMR systems
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Emotional intelligence and professional demeanour
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Polished presentation skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in a membership-based or concierge service environment (healthcare, luxury hospitality, or high-end client services)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 per week
