**About us**

**REPORTS TO**:Store Manager

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY**

The Shift Leader’s primary responsibility is to ensure a great experience is delivered to every guest. The Shift Leader must lead their shift team by example and provide outstanding service to all guests.

**SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Set a clear example for all employees to follow.
- Ensure the location is operated in strict accordance with the PE Policies and Procedures.
- Ensure the facilities are clean and well maintained at all times.
- Ensure compliance to all Health & Safety requirements as directed by Head Office and/or local authorities. Identify and remedy any Health & Safety issues as required.
- Ensure all Incident Reports are completed for any accidents incurred on site.
- Manage the on-site booking and hosting of Party and Group Events.
- Manage the Arcade Games including the repair of minor maintenance items.
- Lead your staff team to meet the budgeted sales targets for the onsite promotions
- Other duties as may be assigned

**WORKING HOURS**

The Shift Leader must be available to primarily work weekend shifts and also during school and statutory holidays. On occasion, the Shift Leader may also be required to work on a weekday evening shift.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $16.25 per hour
