**Key responsibilities**:
The CH&E Coordinator will play a key role in supporting multi-sector participants in integrating the PreVenture program into existing mental health and/or substance use services in community agencies using Implementation Science and Quality Improvement methodologies. The CH&E Coordinator will provide direct support, coaching, and problem-solving with YWHO sites, agencies, and school boards implementing the PreVenture program at the local level. You will be responsible for program outreach support, delivery of PreVenture Facilitator Training and ongoing support and problem solving with staff on service integration and program evaluation. This will require regular collaboration, convening and engagement with diverse internal and external stakeholders, including service provider partners and educators, as well as youth and families. You will be responsible for developing and monitoring implementation plans, trackers, and reports, as well as the facilitation of provincial Community of Practice meetings with support from the Prevention & Early Intervention Services Manager. You will be required to gather, consolidate and address feedback, concerns, questions, and requests for support from PreVenture partners and agency staff in an ongoing and responsive manner. You will work to understand stakeholder needs through the development and maintenance of supportive relationships with implementation partners. You will create and/or and support the creation (and translation of) tailored resources to facilitate development, planning and implementation at the local community level. These resources will include support for clinical, operational and communication needs, as well as the implementation of PreVenture in diverse community contexts. In your role, you will lead the process of onboarding and coaching service providers to implement PreVenture with fidelity to meet program deliverables. You will leverage your strong understanding of the anti-racism/anti-oppression and the principles of health equity to support implementation of PreVenture that meets the needs of diverse youth.
**Qualifications**

**Please Note**: This full-time, permanent position is part of the OPSEU Bargaining Unit.
**Salary Range**: $33.59 - $45.31 per hour
