The CH&E Coordinator (Prevention Program Coordinator) will play a key role in developing and tracking work plans across the PreVenture Program and its structures, and developing reports and summaries. More specifically, the CH&E Coordinator (Prevention Program Coordinator) will support coordinating program activities, including facilitator trainings, meeting coordination, and providing support to established communities of practice with sites. The CH&E Coordinator (Prevention Program Coordinator) will act as the liaison with sites and as it relates to the procurement and dissemination of program materials required for implementation at YWHO sites, schools, and community agencies. The CH&E Coordinator (Prevention Program Coordinator) will also support some administrative and financial activities, including supporting sites with funding agreements, stipend payments, and tracking vendor costs. The Coordinator will serve as a liaison with YWHO sites and community agencies involved in implementing PreVenture locally. They will also support knowledge exchange activities and the development of communication materials, liaising with the YWHO Communications team to develop promotional materials for the program as well as presentations. The CH&E Coordinator (Prevention Program Coordinator) will be working with multiple clinical, administrative, and executive stakeholders external to CAMH, including the network leads for YWHO sites, and representatives from many different social service agencies, children and youth services, and schools and therefore will need to appropriately represent the program, YWHO, and CAMH. They will ensure that YWHO values are incorporated in all prevention program activities, particularly regarding youth-centredness and engagement and health equity. In addition, they will support a workplace that embraces diversity, encourages teamwork and complies with all applicable and regulatory requirements.
This position is located at 1001 Queen Street in Toronto, but will be mainly working remotely.

**Please Note**: This full-time, permanent, position is part of the OPSEU Bargaining Unit.
**Salary Range**: $33.59 - $45.31 per hour
