**Responsibilities**: - Oversee the daily operations of the branch, including staff management, customer service, and sales goals. - Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch targets and objectives. - Provide leadership and guidance to branch employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment. - Monitor and analyze financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability. - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner. - Conduct regular meetings with staff to communicate goals, expectations, and performance feedback. Identify opportunities for improvement in branch operations - Oversee and assist with warehouse and fleet maintenance - **Skills**: - Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team of employees. - Sales management experience to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets. - Hard-working and team player with a "hands on" approach - Strong interpersonal skills - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Computer literate. - Excellent customer service skills to provide exceptional service to customers. - Ability to adapt to ongoing changes. - Strong organizational skills to give the team direction. - Possess a “want to” attitude. - Good time management and organizational skills - Attention to details. - **Certifications/Requirements** - High school diploma/GED - Minimum 5 years of experience in the transportation/logistics/courier industry - Valid Drivers License (class 5) - Flexible schedule and willingness to work extra hours when required. - Reliable and punctual - Prior experience working in a courier-based organization will be preferred Please not that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
