**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or product recommendations.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records.
- Upsell products or services based on customer interactions and needs assessment.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Handle multilingual communications, particularly in English and Spanish, to cater to a diverse clientele.

**Qualifications**
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is preferred, especially in English and Portugese.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail for accurate record-keeping.
- Ability to analyze customer inquiries and provide suitable solutions promptly.
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products or services during customer interactions.
- Familiarity with CRM software or similar tools is a plus.

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
