Easy Platter connects chefs with families to help with their weekly meal prep. (Think Uber of Chefs). We’ve served over 100,000 meals and continue to grow rapidly across Canada. As we scale, we’re looking for a **Growth and** **Operations Manager** who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and wants to make a real impact.

**This Role**:
This is a high-impact, high-ownership role in a growing startup where your ideas are valued, your work is visible, and your ability to problem-solve will shape the future of our company. If you love ownership, figuring things out on the fly, and using AI to make systems more efficient, we want to talk.

**A Day in the Life**
- **Review new customer bookings** that haven’t been accepted by chefs. You follow up quickly, help customers on the fence make decisions, and support chefs with any blockers they’re facing.
- **Analyze trends and recurring friction points** for both customers and chefs—not just to report problems, but to proactively uncover patterns and inform product enhancements.
- **Collaborate with our marketing**to lead campaigns and make sure marketing KPIs are on track. You help communicate new features or promotions to both chefs and customers in ways that drive action.
- **Own the supply-demand engine.** You track upcoming bookings, chef availability, and regional demand—making sure we’re perfectly matched and not missing growth opportunities.
- **Execute and refine our partnership plan.** You’re in charge of developing and strengthening business relationships with organizations like daycares, wellness programs, and corporate benefits platforms.
- **Leverage AI tools to streamline operations.** You automate repetitive tasks—whether it’s scheduling, customer replies, or tracking performance—freeing the team to focus on higher-impact work.

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
