**Position Type**: Full-Time, Permanent (Monday to Friday)
**Location**: Glen Childcare Centre, Coquitlam, BC

Our group child care has proudly served our community with quality childcare for over 15 years. We provide a nurturing, fun, and supportive environment for children aged 3 to 5 years — and we’re looking for a passionate **Early Childhood Educator (ECE)** to join our amazing team

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure a safe, healthy, and stimulating environment for all children
- Supervise and interact with children in a warm and engaging manner at all times
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities and curriculum
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and team members
- Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming classroom space
- Attend regular staff meetings and professional development opportunities
- Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing

**Qualifications**:

- Valid ECE License to Practice in BC
- Current First Aid and CPR Certification
- Clear Criminal Record Check
- A recent doctor’s note confirming physical and mental ability to work with children
- Three professional reference letters
- Previous experience working with children in a licensed childcare setting
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Team player with a heart for children
- Ability to work collaboratively and positively with team members
