**Position Overview**
- Develop digital merchandizing plans to optimize product discovery through internal search, site navigation and SEO campaigns
- Evaluate and report on product performance and visitor data
- Collaborate with Front-End Development to implement UI UX design strategies and ensure proper indexing.
- Create and manage digital assets (including social media ads) align with company brand and create a seamless advertising experience
- Test, analyze and optimize product and inventory sync between ERP and company websites.

**Position Requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business or equivalent combination of training, education or experience.
- 3+ years of related experience in digital marketing and product discovery (preference given to retail industry experience).
- Experience with graphic design programs (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Experience with website analytics tools
- Experience with SEO/SEM and online customer acquisition and conversion.
- Experience/knowledge of CRM, CMS, ERP, Javascrip/jScript, CSS/SASS and constraints
