**We're Hiring: Accounting and Tax Advisor (Full-Time or Part-Time, Flexible Hours)**
Location: _One to One Accounting Services_
Schedule: _Flexible | Full-Time or Part-Time_
We’re a long-established tax and accounting practice with a loyal base of returning clients, and we’re looking for someone friendly, knowledgeable, and dependable to join our team. If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and working in a calm, supportive environment, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and review personal, business, and corporate tax returns
- Answer client questions and offer clear, helpful tax and accounting advice
- Reconcile financial records and support business/corporate filings
- Communicate with the CRA when needed and help resolve client concerns
- Keep our software systems updated and running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
- Accounting designation or strong experience with tax preparation and accounting
- Solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting software
- Friendly communication style and a genuine desire to help clients
- Comfortable troubleshooting software and learning new tools
