**Under the direction of the Lead Principals of Summer School, the Summer School Administrative Support position**:

- provides administrative support for all aspects of the Summer School Program from May 5, 2025 to August 8, 2025.
- will have varying responsibilities that may include: word processing, using both the Student Information System and personal computers; mail outs; data entry; attendance; maintenance of registers; administration of bus passes; photocopying;
- performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

**Required Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills**:

- Secondary school diploma;
- one year of related administrative experience;
- excellent organizational skills;
- computer and keyboarding skills;
- strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- individuals who possess an equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered.

In addition, the following will be considered an asset:

- experience with spreadsheets eg. Google sheets or Excel;
- knowledge of PowerSchool is preferred although training will be provided and arranged on an individual basis.

**This is a temporary position which is expected to run from approximately May 5, 2025 to August 8, 2025.**

**Compensation**: $18.00 pe r hour plus vacation pay

**Locations**: St. Nicholas Adult High School (893 Admiral Avenue) - from May until the start of summer school and from July 24 to August 8.

During the summer school period, the following locations will be available:
All Saints High School (5115 Kanata Avenue), St. Pius High School (1481 Fisher Avenue), St. Mother Teresa High School (440 Longfields Drive), St. Patrick's High School (2525 Alta Vista Drive), and/or St. Matthew High School (6550 Bilberry Drive) - July 3 to 23
