**General Manager Roles & Responsibilities**
- 100% Accountability / 0 Excuses
- Radiate East Coast Hospitality and YES Culture
- Accountable for day-to-day operations of the store
- Accountable for product, service, and the store aesthetic quality being at an elite level
- Accountable for meeting all store financial targets
- Accountable for implementing all policies, procedures, marketing, or any other directive from B&G HO
- Accountable for managing all aspects of the store’s Human Resources
- Accountable for all store maintenance
- Accountable for abiding by all regulatory, lease contracts, and other contracts always
- Accountable for all regulatory permits being up to date
- Accountable for all accounts payable are paid in a timely fashion

**Who You Are?**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$90,000.00 per year

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:
