We are seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead all aspects of our business in the Burlington Mall. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store and the management of employees.

**Essential Functions**:

- Manage store employees and oversee store operations
- Oversee store inventory
- Maintain high quality customer service standards
- Maintain strong relationships with local bars, restaurants, and retailers
- Develop and enforce company policies to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain accurate inventory records with inventory software
- Maintain a clean store environment
- Recruit, train, and develop staff members
- Communicate with customers and maintain positive customer relations
- Oversee staff scheduling to ensure adequate staff coverage at all times
- Ensure staff follows all safety regulations and procedures (i.e., OSHA)
- Propose new ideas to improve our business operation and increase sales

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
