As a **Site Supervisor**, you will be a pivotal leader responsible for overseeing the entire construction process, ensuring projects are executed with precision, adhering to safety standards, and delivering exceptional results. **Here are some of the tasks you will be responsible for**:

- Lead and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, from pre-construction planning to completion
- Collaborate with project managers to develop comprehensive project schedules and ensure their timely execution
- Supervise and inspire on-site construction teams, fostering a collaborative and safety-first culture, following the Ontario Health and safety Act (OSHA)
- Conduct thorough site inspections, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and project specifications in accordance with the Clément Homes Health and Safety policies, operating procedures and legislation
- Liaise with the authorities for inspections, permits, and approvals
- Proactively identify and address challenges, implementing effective solutions to maintain project continuity
- Conduct meticulous inspections at critical project milestones, maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including daily reports and inspection records and rectifying any deviations
- Provide strong leadership and mentorship to construction team members, cultivating a positive work environment
- Address personnel issues promptly, encouraging open communication and conflict resolution
- Track and analyze project progress in contractor’s foreman daily, ensuring alignment with established timelines and goals

**To be successful in this position, you must have**:

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or a degree in construction management is a plus
- Strong knowledge of residential construction processes, materials, and safety protocols
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English is an asset
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Familiarity with inspection processes and requirements.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans
- Familiarity with Contractor Foreman software is an asset.

Pay: From $95,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- construction: 7 years (required)
- Residential construction: 3 years (preferred)
