Our Regional IS Managers are committed to delivering exceptional service and support to staff and customers to promote optimal equipment performance. In one of Canada’s top John Deere dealer organizations you will deliver quality work in a friendly and collaborative environment that encourages learning and growth.ResponsibilitiesMaintain current knowledge of the latest John Deere equipment and technology, including short line & large agTrain service technicians to perform infield optimizations and start-upsSupport high-level of optimization knowledge in service departmentsPerform infield start-up and optimizations for designated strategic customers and new technology product offeringsAssist in the development and delivery of customer clinic eventsSupport in the development of SVAP productsParticipate in training and onboarding for all employeesDeliver and help develop comprehensive demonstration process including equipment prep and sales team trainingLead demonstrations of new products and technology for key customersSupport and maintain customer data managementBuild and maintain a constructive work environment within the team, branch, and organizationRequirementsExcellent communication, public speaking, and training skills2+ years experience in agriculture or related fieldDealership sales, service, and/or training experience in an ag environmentKnowledge/familiarity with technology used in ag equipmentAbility to use desktop and internet applicationsGrade 12 or equivalentTravel within designated area and work flexible hours, shifts, weekends, holidaysA valid Class 5 Drivers LicenseCONNECT with us todayWhether you're new to this field or experienced in other related fields, we offer continued education and training to help you thrive and expand your knowledge Our 18 locations across Saskatchewan and Manitoba offer endless opportunities for you to GROW.You’ll receive competitive wages, comprehensive benefits, company matched pension, and future career opportunities in Parts, Sales, Service, and more.
