**Tasks/responsibilities**:
**Marketing**:
- Execute the monthly social media strategy and ensure timely creation of content on each platform (example: Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok).- Review and report social media analytics each month.- Manage all social media content to ensure alignment and branding consistency across platforms.- Respond on behalf of GLS to comments and messages on all social media and review platforms.- Collaborate with different departments to generate department specific content.- Create and manage requests for company business cards across the organization.- Assist in the creation and distribution of promotional material and collateral as needed.- Work with HR to advertise and manage open job postings and special projects as needed.- Maintain strong relationships internally with key stakeholders.- Collect strategic and commercial competitive intelligence.

**Sales**:
- Coordinate and work with Pricing to respond to proposal requests on behalf of GLS.- Manage and update company information on forms and portals for customers.- Follow up on leads coming from marketing campaigns with sales.- Prepare Quarterly Business Reviews and sales presentations including other reporting as required.- Assist in coordinating sponsorship events and trade shows in and around Quebec and Ontario.- Evaluate and analyze existing customer trends determine contributing factors and report findings to the respective sales team member (Churn management)- Participate in regular weekly sales calls and other regular meetings as required by the organization- Stay up to date with relevant trends on social media- Update content on GLS internal communication platforms.- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company services.- Work on special projects as needed.

**Requirements**:
- Post-Secondary degree/diploma in Marketing preferred- Experience with social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok- Experience in the transportation industry an asset- Creative, digital savviness, originality and resourcefulness- Experience with design software (Canva).- Experience with photo editing (Photoshop) an asset.- Strong communication skills- Bilingual (English, French) is an asset- Good working knowledge of Office suite and Google Sites- Ability to take initiative, work independently, and adapt as needed- Results oriented with a sense of urgency; motivated by success- Demonstrates a strong work ethic and personal commitment to exceeding commitments- Excellent time management and sense of priorities- Dynamic, passionate, and enthusiastic with a can-do attitude- Reliable transportation
