**Operations Team Lead**

**We are seeking a Operations Team Lead for full-time employment in our Vancouver-based head office.** This position reports to Operations Management, is available immediately and includes the following responsibilities:

- Train and coach new hires with company policies and procedures
- Prepare and review purchase orders for Vancouver location
- Manage cyclical inventory counts to ensure accurate inventory
- Be an advocate for best practices in purchasing and warehouse activities
- Actively participate within all warehouse and purchasing job functions
- Work with interrelated departments to resolve product or service deficiencies
- Lead and coordinate the daily work of Vancouver warehouse personnel
- Contribute to continued company improvements in established processes and procedures
- Trouble-shoot technical issues within your departments’ software/hardware programs (Sage300 & WMS)
- Be knowledgeable of all department tasks; possess a willingness to cross-train and assist wherever required
- Support other Keir Surgical or Pacific Surgical departments as required
- Conduct oneself and represent Keir Surgical ethically and professionally at all times
- 3+ years of purchasing and warehouse experience
- Minimum of 1-year supervisory experience
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Energetic team player with a can-do, will-do attitude
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong computer skills and a quick learner
- Accuracy and attention to detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $55,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Warehouse: 3 years (preferred)
- Purchasing: 1 year (preferred)
