**About the Role**

Safety is paramount, and you'll play a crucial role in enforcing safety protocols and ensuring regulatory compliance to ensure a safe working environment for all.

Beyond operational tasks, environmental stewardship is a core aspect of the role. You'll be tasked with monitoring lagoon conditions, recording samples and air quality, and implementing procedures to minimize the environmental impact of the site.

This role offers a dynamic work environment, with a significant portion of your time spent outdoors actively engaging in field operations alongside your team. There is a seasonal aspect to our lagoon operations, so flexibility in work hours is often necessary. This may include extended hours during peak operational periods or when addressing unexpected challenges.

- A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ability to adapt to changing conditions, weather, and unexpected challenges.
- Familiarity with the Environmental Protection Act, or an agricultural background are assets.
