**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their shopping experience
- Assist customers with product inquiries, demonstrations, and technical explanations of our offerings
- Conduct engaging product demos to showcase features and benefits of various items
- Upsell complementary products and accessories to maximize sales opportunities
- Operate POS systems accurately for cash handling, transactions, and receipts
- Maintain organized merchandise displays and ensure products are visually appealing
- Manage cashiering duties including processing payments via cash, credit/debit cards, and other methods
- Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person and on Facebook with professionalism and courtesy
- Keep track of inventory levels and assist with merchandising efforts to enhance store presentation
- Follow company policies on time management, organization, and adherence to sales protocols

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly explain product features and benefits
- Prior experience in retail sales, appliance sales, or related fields is preferred
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and POS transactions
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Customer service-oriented mindset with friendly phone etiquette and professional demeanor
- Ability to perform product demos confidently and effectively engage customers in upselling techniques
- Proven time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods
- Ability to work well within a team environment while independently managing responsibilities

Pay: $17.20-$22.20 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
