**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential buyers.
- Utilize upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for processing transactions and handling cash.
- Maintain an organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed and stocked.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and store policies.
- Perform basic math calculations for transactions and refunds accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales or customer in the appliance industry is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Familiarity with technology sales is a plus.
- Experience with product demonstrations is desirable.
- Organizational skills to maintain an orderly sales area.
- Ability to move and lift small to major appliances.
- Ability to operate POS systems and handle cash transactions smoothly.
- A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
