We’re on the hunt for a dynamic individual with robust sales and administrative abilities to enrich our team. As a key player alongside the Regional Leasing Lead, your primary role will be to deliver unparalleled customer service, leasing apartments across our Edmonton portfolio.

- Your excellent communication skills enable you to forge relationships that boost customer satisfaction and retention.

**As our Residential Leasing Coordinator, you will**:

- Bring to the table your experience as a residential leasing agent or previous sales experience, coupled with sharp organizational skills (1 year).
- Demonstrate flexibility, being available to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holiday hours to meet business requirements.
- Lease suites and/or renew upcoming lease expiries, keeping specific leasing goals in mind.
- Collaborate effectively with the team to address customer service requirements and achieve team objectives.
- Exhibit organization skills and the ability to cultivate excellent relationships with customers.
- Follow up with potential residents to ensure no lead goes unnoticed.
- Welcome and qualify customers, either on the phone or in person, with the ultimate goal of gaining a new resident.
- Conduct monthly visits to competitive properties to stay informed about market conditions and complete competitor surveys.
- Prepare traffic reports, vacancy reports, and other required paperwork.
- Be proficient in using Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel.
