**The Opportunity**

We are seeking a highly motivated Recruiting Specialist to join our Human Resources Team Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be working alongside the HR Team, People Investment Officer Team, as well as many leaders and members of the firm. The focus of the role will be helping to drive the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of full-time and seasonal positions within the firm.

Specific roles and responsibilities will include:

- Lead the review and creation of job postings
- Directed by our strategy, help develop and manage recruiting teams within the firm to support our recruiting efforts
- Coordinate with recruiting representatives across the firm to ensure follow through on outreach tasks
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices for recruiting in a professional services environment

**Preferred Qualifications**
- CHRP designation preferred, working toward CHRL would be considered an asset
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources
- 3-5 years' experience in Human Resources, with experience with recruiting in an accounting or professional services environment
- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, learn quickly and prioritize
- Self-starter who enjoys taking initiative in finding and implementing creative and tailored solutions to fit the needs of the firm
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and personal accountability
- Experience with Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Working knowledge of Zoom and/or other Video Conferencing platforms
- Previous experience with HRIS would be an asset

**Additional Information**
- This is a permanent full-time position based out of Guelph, Ontario with flexibility for remote work
- Compensation is based on a 37.5 work week however hours may fluctuate throughout the year depending on firm, department and client needs
