**Summary**

The Order Desk position is responsible for serving customers over the telephone. The Order Desk is accountable for dealing with customer complaints, inquiries, and processing transactions. Order Desk participates in all assigned training, setting, and meeting personal goals. The Order Desk understands his/her role as brand ambassador and provides positive brand experiences to all customers.

**Job Duties**
- Assist customers with standard account-related requests
- Create sales orders, pick tickets, invoices and transfers
- Review invoices or accuracy and completion
- Provide clear and open communication between sales, management, and operations
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or GED required
- 2 years pervious order desk, parts counter or call center experience a must
- Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
- Exceptional conflict resolution, negotiation, and objection handling skills
- Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment
- Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Able to work well under pressure, in a busy environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times
- Proven data entry and typing skills
- Professional appearance and manners
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
- Automotive industry experience an asset

**Working Conditions**
- Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals
- Overtime as required
- Lifting or moving up to 75 lbs may be required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
