**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- You will be able to supply your own transportation to and from your shift reliably in accordance to the restaurant hours and duties expected (no earlier than 10am)
- You will be required to be accountable for your shift in attendance
- Assist in the preparation of food items in front of house and in the Kitchen in accordance with restaurant standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas to meet health and safety regulations.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process orders and payments.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Help with upselling menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy service periods.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
- Assist in restocking supplies as needed throughout the shift.

- Food Safe Certificate (current)
- BC Serving it Right
- Positive and self driven work ethics
- Hold accountability, ownership, and reliability to the team as a crew member
- Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards.
- Experience with POS systems is a plus but not required; training will be provided (asset but not required).
- Excellent time management skills to effectively handle multiple tasks during peak hours.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Strong communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to help wherever needed in the restaurant.
