**Position Overview**:
**Assignments will be received via XactAnalysis and from existing clientele**—prospecting or a book of business is **not required**. This is a client-facing, leadership role requiring excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage all aspects of water and fire restoration projects, including **multi-level losses** and **strata claims**, from initial assessment through final closeout
- Coordinate mitigation, demolition, reconstruction, and cleaning activities across complex, multi-level structures
- Prepare and review accurate, detailed estimates using **Xactimate**:

- Track job progress, documentation, and compliance via **Xactanalysis** and **Encircle**:

- Ensure timely project execution, adherence to budget, and compliance with insurance carrier requirements
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, insurance adjusters, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Supervise field crews and subcontractors to ensure high-quality workmanship and safety
- Monitor and report on project metrics, timelines, and job costing
- Handle scope changes and unforeseen job complications with efficiency and professionalism
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date job files, photos, and documentation for auditing, invoicing, and compliance

**Requirements**:

- **3-5+ years** of project management experience in water and fire damage restoration, including **multi-level losses** and **strata claims**:

- Proficient in **Xactimate**, **Xactanalysis**, and **Encircle**:

- Solid knowledge of insurance processes and industry compliance standards (IICRC certifications preferred)
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client service skills
- Flexibility to work variable hours, including during emergency response events
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Able to pass a background check

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **IICRC Certifications** (WRT, ASD, FSRT, etc.)
- Experience with moisture mapping, structural drying, and containment best practices
- Familiarity with local and provincial building codes and safety regulations
- Experience working with **strata corporations** and managing claims in multi-residential environments
