**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provide quotations and manage customer accounts while ensuring their satisfaction with our services and products
- Process orders and ensure they are delivered in a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer orders are fulfilled and needs are met
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and drive customer loyalty
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers
- Process and enter all order in our software system
- Provide regular reports on customer satisfaction and account activity

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- University degree (Bachelor's degree) in sales, administration, marketing or other relevant field
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or account management
- Excellent communication skills in both English and French, both written and verbal
- Highly organized and efficient
- Great interpersonal skills and a passion for customer satisfaction
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Basic knowledge and passion for sports, particularly in the clothing and equipment industry (an asset)
