We are looking for a part time role with future full time opportunities.

We are a proud local business servicing the interior design and decor industry for the home, commercial and hospitality sectors for Ottawa, Toronto and surrounding areas.

As a team member, you will be responsible for representing the Dala Décor brand and providing our clients with the best experience possible Work in a fun, creative environment in our beautiful 6,000 sqft flagship showroom.

The primary focus is on responding to inquiries, managing administrative tasks, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date information across internal systems and the website.

**Responsibilities**

**Customer Service & Client Support**
- Maintain professional, solution-oriented approach when handling questions, concerns, or complaints
- Follow up with clients to provide updates, confirm information, and ensure ongoing satisfaction
- Handle incoming claims requests in a friendly and helpful manner

**Administrative Support**
- Diligently maintain and organize digital files, records, and internal documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflows - client updates, internal reports, or support materials
- Assist with inventory tracking and data entry (as needed)

**Website & Digital Content Maintenance**
- Perform basic website updates, including editing product listings, prices, and descriptions
- Monitor the website for outdated content, missing information, or errors and coordinate corrections
- Upload and manage images, text, and other website content in alignment with current offerings
- Ensure product availability and details on the website reflect current inventory and promotions

**Team Communication & Collaboration**
- Communicate clearly with internal team members regarding client needs and workflow updates
- Share client feedback and insights to help improve services and internal processes
- Attend team meetings and contribute to process improvements as appropriate

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in (Eg. Shopify, Quickbooks, Google suite programs)
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma mandatory
- Post-secondary education an asset
- Interest in interior design/decorating is an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
