**Duties**

**Our potential customers are employers providing international offers of employment.**
- Implement our outreach strategies to engage with target employers.
- Coordinate and conduct outreach activities as directed by management.
- Collaborate with management to develop marketing materials and promotional campaigns.
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate and report the effectiveness of outreach efforts and make recommendations for improvement.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential employers.
- Provide solutions to assist with outreach activities.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in outreach and employer engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in time management and planning, preferably in an outreach and engagement role.
- Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and public relations abilities.
- Ability to effectively engage diverse employers across Canada.
- Experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting. (You must report to management at the end of each day.)
- Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies for attracting potential clients, in our case, employers providing international offers of employment.

We offer the required training. This is a part-time position (4 hours a day/On site). If you are passionate about public relations, marketing, and attracting clients and have the skills required for this role, we encourage you to apply.

This position has many opportunities for professional growth within our organization. It has potential to turn into a full-time/permanent position with very competitive commission pay.

Please Note:
Excellent communication and public relations skills and a native-like drive in English language ability are a must.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

- Monday to Friday
