Together with our customers and the quality control, sales and operations departments, you will be responsible for finding the best solutions and ensuring that they meet the customer's demands.

**Responsibilities**

As a
**Customer Service**
**Agent**, you will be responsible for:

- Manage complex or special cases and follow up within established timelines;
- Miscellaneous data entry;
- Enter product orders into our computer system;
- Process claims and warranties;
- Actively participate in service meetings and contribute to ideas for improvements;
- Collaborate with the operations department to know the delivery times according to the production schedule and inform customers;
- Perform other related duties.
- Experience in a customer service position;
- Experience in cabinetmaking and/or furniture construction is an asset;
- Bilingual both written and oral, is essential;
- Ability to manage diverse priorities and work under pressure;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Knowledge of SAP software and Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) is an asset;
- Available from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday to Friday.
