**Treasury Analyst**
The treasury analyst actively supports the group’s treasury operations, including time-sensitive and actionable analysis to support project financings/investments. You will be responsible with creating reports or presentations for stakeholders.
**What we look for?**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or another quantitative field.
- At least two years of professional experience in a related field or role.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, as well as visualization tools to create effective charts, tables, and graphs.
- Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and/or relational databases.
- Ability to recognize key risks and question existing tasks/methodologies with a view to improving overall processes, generating efficiencies, and strengthening the existing control environment.
- Very comfortable with statistical, financial, or computational modeling.
- Effectively communicates insights to their supervisor or other project stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

**What will you do?**
**Supports financial of real properties, both under construction as well as those operating in an asset portfolio.**
- Assist in the administration and management of the Company’s credit facilities by modeling any associated assets, costs, and cash inflows.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to produce accurate and detailed project advance (quantity surveyor) reports.
- Supporting year-end and interim audits.
**Monitors project and company cash flows.**
- Providing insight to the treasury manager on daily cash/banking activities to identify continuous improvements to our processes.
- Supporting in a wide range of Treasury related administrative and operative tasks contributing to smooth daily operations.
**Prepares various financial reports.**
- Assisting in or leading the creation of large financial models and dashboards.
- Verifying the integrity of data sets from a variety of sources.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
