**Job Description**:
**How You’ll Make an Impact**:

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting as required to internal and external stakeholders. Analyse data in the IMS platform and make recommendations on appropriate courses of action to support system or business needs.
- Create and update course content to be deployed in the Learning Management System (LMS) module within the IMS.
- Ensure course content meets global, regional, country requirements, or the requirements of authorities having jurisdiction. Liaise with other learning and development specialists within the organization to ensure use of the LMS is in alignment with global, regional, or country requirements.
- Analyse data within the LMS module and make recommendations on appropriate courses of action to support system or business needs.
- Support future enhancements, improvements, and new module deployments.
- Support deployment of existing and new IMS features to internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide training to users and internal and external stakeholders as required.
- Create, implement, or generate reporting as required for internal or external stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:
**What You’ll Need to Succeed**:

- 3 + years related experience in relational database management.
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience.
- Bilingual (French/English) is required.
- Experience in training content development and/or adult education an asset
- Basic level of programming (SQL, JSON, XML) an asset.
- Data analysis and Microsoft Office suite skills.
- Willingness to be open to learning and growing.
- Maintains high standards for work areas and quality.
- Flexibility with schedule may be required.
