**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Technical assistance requests from Brandt Service Departments for hard-to-diagnose cases
- Manage and handle communication to service departments
- Identify technician training opportunities
- Develops repair procedures for emerging issues, product improvements and warranty work to increase technician efficiencies and increase revenue
- Utilize PACCAR technologies to help diagnose and assist Brandt service departments and our customers
- To generate diagnostic revenue
- To help branches reduce multiple service field trips
- Works closely with Machine Monitoring, Brandt Service times and Proactive Maintenance teams to address equipment abnormalities, quote more efficiently and drive revenue opportunities
- Follow up on previous recommendation to ensure problem resolution and identify learning opportunities
- Meet KPI’s for Brandt Technical Assistance Center (BTAC)
- Other duties may be assigned
- Identifies Re-life and sales opportunities
- Report regularly on
- New emerging issues
- Open cases
- Machine lifecycle planning
- Update and maintain the Technical Solution Database

**Required Skills**:
Required Experience
- Red seal heavy duty technician certificate or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 5 years’ service experience in the trucking or equipment industry
- Knowledge of equipment & dealership service departments
- Ability to filter and correlate the different data source to create an accurate recommendation.
- Understand effective inspection process and equipment lifecycle planning
- Bilingual is an asset but not required
- Travel may be required
