**Department**

Interfacing’s Professional Services team is looking for a highly motivated Business Process Analyst to join our team. With a customer experience focus, Interfacing’s provides software solutions and management consulting services relating to Digital Transformation, Business Process Management, Quality Management, Compliance, SOP development and Analysis & Improvement services

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Assist in regulatory compliance, digital transformation, business process improvement and business architecture engagements to achieve business goals and increase efficiencies.
- Identify technical problems and recommend solutions to support business objectives.
- Assist in development and implementation of business processes.
- Elicit and understand business requirements and needs, with a focus on digitalization.
- Collaborate with full stack developers and quality analysts as part of the SDLC.
- Work with cross-functional teams to coordinate and streamline business processes.
- Collaborate with clients to document business processes (As-Is / To-Be modelling).
- Model BPMN process maps and related documentation (swimlanes, data stores, tasks, gateways, automation, etc.)
- Produce detailed Standard Operating Procedures and work instructions using a process approach.

**Facilitation**:

- Lead digital workshops with clients to provide IT Consulting, Coaching, Training, etc.
- Ability to conduct engaging system trainings and produce training material
- Ability to produce and present project plans to a wide audience
- Ability to support like to-be scenario UATs

**Project Management**:
Collaborate with ITC clients to assure successful and timely project completions.

**System implementation**:

- Performing the activities required to deploy a wide range of systems
- Training users and recommending best practices
- Designing solution governance (framework, data, workflows, etc.)
- Converting and migrating data (process models and tabular data) using wizards, SQL, ETL and API calls

- Current/Future State Gap analyses

- Objective setting, Strategy Mapping, Scorecards, KPIs
- Risk Identification, Assessment, Treatment
- Control Activities (Policy, Procedures, Physical and IT Controls)

**Qualifications**
- English verbal and written mandatory, Multi-linguist (German, French, Italian, Spanish and other) verbal and written major asset
- University degree in Business, Technology management or equivalent
- 3 years experience with process modeling, process documentation or business process management
- 3 years experience in client-facing role

**Knowledge**
- Knowledge of Microsoft tools (Excel, Project, SharePoint, Visio, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge in Agile software development
- Knowledge in business technology and information systems
- Knowledge in operations management
- Knowledge in business process management major asset
- Knowledge of audit and quality management major asset

**Assets**
- Enterprise Application Deployment project experience: ERP, CRM, MRO implementation experience (process modeling, standard operating procedures, requirements gathering, data migration, organizational change management, training)
- Spoken languages other than English and French (Spanish, Arabic, German a big Asset)
- Experience with SQL, Business Intelligence,
- Experience with BPMS, Low Code Rapid Application Development, Robotic Process Automation, Software Development
- ETL and data conversion/migration experience
- Expertise in MS Excel (Advanced formulas, conditional formatting, pivot tables, nested if statements, vlookups, power query, VBA)
- Development experience (HTML, CSS, Javascript,.NET, SQL)
