What are your contributions to the team?

As a Quality Assurance Analyst within the Quality Management & Product Integrity department and the Quality Division, based at our Administrative Centre (CA), you play a vital role in driving excellence by shaping and optimizing our Quality Management System to meet the highest standards, ensuring its seamless integration into operations.

  • Develop, control and continuously improve QMS content
  • Identify, centralize & leverage best QA practices
  • Assess the need and manage the impact of QMS changes to the site's operations
  • Go and see the site's operations to grasp the situation beyond a proposed solution
  • Support QMS change implementation
  • Provide QMS technical support to QA community, to the users of the QMS and to the Onsite Quality Analysts
How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:
  • You possess a minimum of 3 to 5 years of pertinent experience
  • You possess experience in Quality Management Systems
  • You possess experience in Manufacturing Systems
  • You possess experience in Quality Control You possess experience in Continuous Improvement
  • You have a strong customer focus
  • You are skilled at influencing and mobilizing others
  • You possess a college degree or equivalent
  • You are functional in using the Microsoft Office suite
