Accreditation Canada is searching for a driven and passionate professional to support its health education program (EQual) in its bold ambition to broaden its impact across Canada and the world. The EQual program partners with a growing list of health professions to support the delivery of high-quality entry-to practice education.
As a Health Education Survey Planner, you will have the opportunity to work on a dynamic and innovative team responsible for the operations of an accreditation program for a group of clients that offer health professional education programs in educational institutions such as community colleges, cégeps, polytechnics,career colleges and universities. This role is responsible for the end-to-end operational planning of survey scheduling, coordination, communications and tracking including the recruitment, training and ongoing management of volunteer surveyors to ensure the delivery of quality assessment services through education accreditation surveys.

You are a critical thinker, have an ability to assess, coordinate and synthesize ongoing variables such as accreditation client schedules, surveyor expertise and availability and EQual team members’ client obligations in making complex processes a seamless and smooth operation. You are flexible and can adjust your course as needed.
**Let’s break it down. Your responsibilities include**:
- Build authentic and enduring relationships with volunteer surveyors, the EQual team, the Accreditation Decision Committee, the enterprise and with clients (educational programs and institutions).
- Acting as a key resource to our volunteer surveyors throughout the accreditation journey. You proactively source and recruit qualified health education and health practitioners to our volunteer surveyor community,
- Plan and deliver onboarding activities to new surveyors.
- Plan and manage in accordance with defined timelines and budgetary parameters, surveyor deployment, effectively balancing competing priorities and schedules by leveraging your project management skills when working with survey teams.
- Plan, update, communicate and track schedules, timelines and status of survey milestones throughout the accreditation cycle for all active programs.
- You are comfortable leading presentations and enjoy sharing your knowledge and experience with others.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of EQual’s operational efficiencies.
- Research and implement new techniques, technologies and tools to improve survey planning, communications and methods
- Contributing positively to the culture of our team and enterprise. You support and foster a healthy workplace and are committed to continuous learning.
- Demonstrating flexibility and agility in the context of evolving and changing circumstances. You function well in in-person and virtual work environments and can re-prioritize your work to support the EQual team wherever it is needed most.
**You have a unique history. Does it include the education and experience listed below?**
- University degree or equivalent experience, in a related field, such as education administration or health services administration.
- 3+ years of progressive and varied experience, ideally within the field of healthcare administration or education project management.
- Excellent French and English communication skills.The ability to write clearly and concisely in both official languages is essential.You are also required to speak, understand, and read in both languages.
- Have experience in client services.
- Knowledge of the health care and social services environment.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills. This is key. You’ll be interacting daily with our EQual team, Surveyors and with the Accreditation Decision Committee.
