Samuel’s Marketing & Communications team is seeking a driven and ambitious individual, who can provide creative ideas and is passionate about helping us achieve our goals. In this role, you will develop valuable marketing and communications skills as you assist in the creation and execution of internal and external campaigns for our team members and our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and update content for our intranet, website, social media platforms and internal TVs
- Create, organize and update pages for our intranet and website
- Make updates to our external website for printed material
- Help track and quantify website leads
- Help track departmental metrics to determine our monthly progress on key goals
- Manage the approval process for newly created content
- Manage design requests from business groups within Samuel
- Fact check information, as required
- Manage the content translation process, as required
- Help organize and manage tradeshow events, from initial plan to deployment
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as budget tracking and organizing files on our shared drive

**Qualifications**:

- Microsoft Office expertise - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Passion for learning and growing in marketing or communications
- Ability to work well on a team
- Adobe experience would be considered an asset - particularly Photoshop or InDesign
- CMS experience would be considered an asset - particular Episerver and/or Unily
