**Role Summary**

As a **Data Operations Specialist**, you will play a key role in ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security across our systems while driving performance optimizations. Reporting to the Data Operations Lead and collaborating with the Product Operations team, you’ll leverage your technical expertise to monitor, maintain, and govern data assets, contributing to the continued growth of our SaaS products.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Data Monitoring & Maintenance**:
- Proactively monitor data pipelines, integrations, and workflows to ensure continuous, error-free data flow.
- Perform routine data quality checks to identify and resolve anomalies or inconsistencies.
- Regularly audit databases and reports to ensure accuracy and adherence to best practices.
- **Data Governance**:
- Develop and enforce data governance policies to maintain data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to data governance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
- Establish clear documentation for data sources, processes, and workflows to maintain transparency and consistency.
- **Data Analysis & Strategy**:
- Analyze product performance and key metrics, delivering actionable insights to improve outcomes.
- Conduct competitive analysis and research to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Leverage large data sets and navigate databases (BigQuery, MySQL, etc.) for data cleanup, maintenance, and analysis.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:
- Partner with product, engineering, and marketing teams to support product launches and onboarding.
- Ensure data points are properly configured within tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to generate accurate reporting and insights.
- Assist internal teams by troubleshooting data, reporting, or integration issues with efficiency and a solution-oriented mindset.
- **Technical Contributions**:
- Optimize and maintain existing digital marketing campaigns using data-driven insights.

**Qualifications**
- Degree or diploma in a relevant field. (e.g., Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business)
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
- Familiarity with data governance frameworks, policies, and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with large data sets and databases (BigQuery, MySQL, or similar).
- Knowledge of other reporting platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Webmaster Tools, social media platforms).
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to communicate technical details clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and office productivity tools.
- Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively in a team setting.

The salary range for this position is $63,000 - $70,000. There is an annual target bonus.
