**The Opportunity**

Are you ready to kick-start your career in accounting? Join our team as an Accounting Intern beginning in May 2025, where you’ll gain hands-on experience across invoicing, accounts payable, and credit operations. Collaborate with industry professionals, develop essential skills, and contribute to meaningful projects in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

**What You’ll Do**

**Support the Invoicing Team in managing the creation, processing, and distribution of invoices**:

- Support the Invoicing Team in managing the creation, processing, and distribution of invoices.
- Resolving inquiries, including issuing debits & credits to resolve discrepancies, and answering invoicing-related questions.
- Update and adjust sales orders per approval.

**Support the Accounts Payable Team with outgoing payment processes**:

- Review, process, and organize invoices while calculating payment dates.
- Match invoices to order numbers or GL numbers.
- Address supplier and customer inquires to ensure smooth transactions.

**Support the Credit Team by monitoring incoming payments**:

- Process cash receipts and reconcile customer accounts.
- Resolve payment discrepancies and address customer inquiries.
- Notify Management of concerns with late payments or account performance.

**Who We’re Looking For**
- Education and Experience_
- Working towards a Diploma or Degree in a related program such as Accounting.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced work environment.

Additional Details
- Salary range: $40,000-$45,000 per annum.
